Abstract：
Aiming at the actual investigation about Hangzhou resident living hot water usage, the average daily hot water consumption as the key parameter in the design of solar water heating system's collector area with different seasons（winter,spring and summer,autumn,summer） was got, and then, the optimal configuration of residential construction roof collector area in Hangzhou is discussed.At the same time,based on the investigational results,barrier factors of popularizing solar hot water system is analyzed.
