Abstract：
Key points for general construction plan design of new Kunming Airport A2 bid section are summarized on the following five aspects, including selection of mechanical equipment, site layout, site road design, design of water pipeline and electric wire, setting of living area. It is pointed out that the general plan design shall focus on material, equipment and temporary turnover material, with consideration of supporting facilities and construction variation.
