顶棚辐射采暖制冷系统末端构造优化方案研究

摘要 基于目前顶棚辐射采暖制冷系统由于施工精确度、工艺以及监督的欠缺,管材自身性质和精装修等原因导致管路损伤、破坏从而造成的严重漏水问题,提出了一种“后置盘管式”优化方案以改善此问题,即先预埋方钢管完成土建工序,后敷设盘管。此方案中降低了盘管与顶板之间的距离以增大顶板的热输出量,并建议在盘管下部增加钢片以缓解天棚顶板温度分布的不均匀程度,用CFD软件进行散热模拟,分析了钢片尺寸对顶板温度差的影响。

Abstract: The leakage problem of present sunshade radiant heating and refrigeration system induced by pipeline destroying because of low construction accuracy, precision fitting and defective technology and supervision is serious. A optimization scheme, which is square steel tube embedding firstly, then civil procedure conducted and pipe laying finally, is proposed to improve these problems. In the new scheme, the distance from pipeline to roof is reduced to increase heating output. It is suggested that steel sheet is installed at the bottom of pipeline to mitigate degree of irregularity temperature distribution. And the numerical model is also set up to simulate heating and analyze the influence of steel sheet size on temperature difference of roof with CFD.
