圣雅各教堂整体平移工程的设计与施工

摘要 圣雅各教堂因城市道路建设需向东平移,平移工程克服了建筑物年代久远、基础损坏严重、结构整体刚度较差等一系列难题,成功地将该建筑物向东整体平移10 m,本工程针对建筑结构体系采取了临时和永久的加固,解决了大跨结构和高耸结构的平移稳定性问题。本次平移对原结构基础进行了扩截面加固,提高了地基承载能力,从根本上解决了地基沉降问题,同时平移完成就位时,结构底部连接形成了整体桁架,结构整体性显著增强,有效地保护了文物建筑上部结构原貌,保证了历史文化的传承。

Abstract: Due to construction of urban highway, St. James' Church needs to be translated towards the east. During the translation, a series of difficulties are overcome, such as ancient building structure, seriously damaged foundation and poor integral structural rigidity, etc., and the church is translated 10m towards the east. In the project, temporary and permanent reinforcement methods are adopted for the building structural system to successfully solve problems in stable translation of high and large-span structure. During translation, the original structure foundation is reinforced by enlarging its cross section, so the foundation bearing capacity is improved and foundation settlement is solved essentially. Meanwhile, during positioning after translation, the structure bottom is connected into a whole truss to obviously increase structural integrity, effectively protect the original appearance of historical and cultural superstructure and ensure succession of historical culture.
