基于红外检测的外墙饰面砖粘结
RESEARCH ON INFRARED DETECTION METHOD FOR ADHERING QUALITY DEFECT OF EXTERNAL WALL FINISHING TILE

摘要 传统的敲击法和超声波法检测外墙饰面砖粘结质量缺陷存在主观性强效率低等缺点,而红外设备可以快速、大面积的无接触式检测。从红外成像的原理出发,分析外墙饰面砖粘结缺陷形成的温度改变,利用红外图像的原始温度数据提出一种基于温度的外墙饰面砖粘结质量缺陷识别方法,并通过试验进行了验证分析。

Abstract: Traditional tapping method and ultrasonic method for determination of adhering quality defect of external wall finishing tile have some shortcomings, such as strong subjectivity and low efficiency, etc., and infrared equipment could realize fast determination on large area without touching the object. Based on infrared imaging theory, this paper analyzed the temperature change caused by adhering defect of external wall finishing tile, proposed a kind of temperature-based determination method for adhering quality defect of external wall finishing tile according to the original temperature data collected by infrared imaging method, and carried out verification and analysis through tests.
