摘要 永定塔是北京地区最高的辽金风格仿古塔,为中国现有最高的混凝土结构仿古建筑,该工程三重梁两两交汇,钢筋错综复杂,模板支设困难,混凝土施工缝不易留置。飞檐板为双方向弧形的异形板,弧形角度随楼层不断变化,给混凝土成型施工带来极大困难。经研究,通过CAD软件三维技术应用,加工定型模板使三重梁的模板支架整体支设,优化钢筋及混凝土施工工艺,采用选定特征弧线并加工控制龙骨、并在特征弧线位置设置支撑等方法解决了复杂双曲面板的施工技术难题,实现了混凝土桁架梁的一次浇筑成型,结构整体性好,工程质量优良,确保了设计意图的完美实现。

Abstract: Yongding Tower is the highest ancient tower in Beijing imitating the tower style in Liaojin era and it is also the highest existing concrete pseudo-classic building in China. The three beams crossed over each other and caused complex reinforcement layout, inconvenient formwork support and difficult setting of concrete construction joint. The fly rafter is bidirectional arched plate of special shape and the arch angle is different on different floors, producing great difficulties for concrete construction. After research, CAD software was used to process the molding formwork and to realize integral construction of formwork support of the triple beams and optimization of steel reinforcement and concrete construction processes. Characteristic arch was selected, joist was controlled and support was set at the position of characteristic arch, to successfully solve the technical difficulties in construction of complex hyperboloid plate and to realize one-off casting and molding. High structural integrity and high-quality construction quality successfully realize the perfect design concept.
