复合拱圈加固砌体结构拱桥中加固层优化设计

摘要 以一座加固完成的等截面圆弧拱桥为例,采用有限元软件建立数值分析模型。基于复合拱圈拱脚、1/16跨、1/4跨和拱顶截面应力值以及加固后原拱圈下缘应力值,分析了加固层高度和宽度对复合拱圈的受力影响。结果表明:随着跨径和矢跨比的增加,加固层高度增加;随着桥宽的增加,加固层高度减小;确定最优加固层高度后,提出优化加固层宽度的方法,加固层可采用拱肋加固。

Abstract: A reinforced arch bridge with uniform cross section was taken as an example and finite element software was used to establish the numerical analysis model. This paper introduced the stress value at arch foot, 1/16 span, 1/4 span and crown section of compound arch ring and the stress value at lower edge of reinforced arch ring, and analyzed the influence of height and width of the reinforcing layer on forces of the compound arch ring. It was shown that the higher of reinforcing layer increases when the span diameter and rise-span ratio becomes larger and larger, but decreases when the bridge width enlarges. After the optimal height of the reinforcement layer was determined, arch rib reinforcement method was proposed to optimize the width of reinforcement layer.
