Abstract：
Based on the design of joint workshops in Guilin tobacco logistics distribution center, this paper analyzes the design idea of modern industrial architecture with the civil construction technique of symbol, metaphor, structural exposure. Through the facade wall of light and shadow, the curve of roof truss and other detail structure, the factory building of the industrial construction factory can break through the monotonous standard workshop mode of "box" in the premise of meeting the production process. The industrial architecture is endowed with rich connotation of architecture, which is a strong modernity, artistic and unique.
