Abstract：
A new recycled foamed concrete heat-insulating wall was designed for Tilt-up building system. P-Temp software was used to found a model for comparison with recycled concrete heat-insulating wall. The comparison result showed that the new recycled foamed concrete has favorable heat insulation and satisfies domestic building energy-saving specification.
