摘要 中国尊大厦是世界上第一座建造在抗震设防烈度8度区,且高度超过500 m的超高层大楼,结构高度为528 m,总建筑面积43.7万m²。结构体系[1]为框架–筒体结构,多腔体异形巨型柱位于塔楼四角,其巨型柱体量大,材质占比高,但巨型柱分段分节、高空原位拼装及厚板焊接施工难度极大。故阐述多腔体异形巨型柱的施工方法,指出此类异性多腔体钢柱的施工需考虑多方面因素,以为同类超高层施工提供借鉴意义。

Abstract:  CITIC Tower is the world's first super high-rise building built in seismic intensity 8 degrees zone with a height exceeding 500 m, its structural height and gross floor area are 528 m and 437 000 m2, respectively. The structural system is a frame-tube structure system. Multi-cavity special-shaped giant columns are located at the four corners of the tower, and it the huge volume of giant columns and large proportion of high grade materials. Giant-column segmentation, on-situ assembly at high-altitude and thick-plate welding are extremely difficult. The paper elaborated the construction of the multi-cavity special-shaped giant column method, points out that the construction of such multi-cavity steel column should consider many factors, which is of great significance to the construction of similar super high-rise buildings construction.
