摘要 北京马家堡泵站新建两座暗挖调蓄池,调蓄池竖井多尺寸大且紧邻立交桥,环境风险高。施工时采用复合锚杆桩隔离措施减少对既有建(构)筑物的影响。对既有地下通道采用支柱加固措施,竖井采用倒挂井壁法施工,解决了下凹式桥区暗挖调蓄池施工的技术难点。

Abstract: The newly built two subsurface excavated rainwater storage tanks in Beijing Majiapu pumping station has many vertical shafts and large dimensions and are adjacent to the overpass, facing high environmental risk. Composite anchor pile isolation measure was adopted during construction, to reduce the influence on existing buildings and structures. Column strengthening measure was adopted for existing underground passage and shaft wall upside-down hanging method was adopted for construction of shaft, to solve the technical difficulties in construction of subsurface excavated rainwater storage tank in the concave-down overpass area.
