Abstract：
According to the characteristics of PC component factory, the factors affecting the site selection of PC component factory are analyzed by qualitative and quantitative method. The objective function is to construct the optimal total cost with the main influence factors of transportation cost and construction cost, and the optimal solution is obtained by using greedy heuristic algorithm to obtain the target number and through empirical analysis. It verifies the feasibility of the model, and provides reference for enterprises in the construction of PC component plant site, and promotes the harmonious development of fabricated building and PC component factory.
